Future Skills for HR Professionals

 


As the continuously evolving HR landscape in the technology-driven world has necessitated HR professionals to re-skill continuously to meet the requirements of emerging technologies and workforce needs. Finally, an important skill for the HR professional in the post-pandemic world is how to manage the remote workforce.     1. Agree! Smaller companies have limited resources, Even with limited resources they can certainly implement effective upskilling initiatives for their teams. Such as online learning platforms (Coursera ,Udemy ,LinkedIn learning and Youtube ),Enrolling in low cost programs , Joining professional networks ,By implementing these strategies smaller companies can effectively upskill their team.
